HEALTH AND SAFETY WARNING

Please note this is an overall H&S warning and not all points will apply to the course you are attending. A Risk Assessment is carried out regularly for every course run by Nucleus Arts.

Although the creation of this art work is a perfectly safe practice, you must be aware of the following points:

When attending some courses, you may possibly be working with sharp instruments, sharp cutting tools or hot soldering irons.

You will be provided with disposable plastic gloves, protective eye wear and masks when appropriate for the course.

If you feel you would like more protection when attending any of our courses, you are welcome to bring along your own safety protection wear. Please remember that for some courses a degree of dexterity is required and students find that as long as the health and safety advice given on the day is followed, the safety gear provided is all that is required.

For ‘messy’ workshops, it is suggested that you wear casual, comfortable clothing and bring an apron.
